These are my absolute favorites {that's why I called them the 10 Best WordPress Plugins}!! I've listed these alphabetically, because truly - they are all fantastic!

(1) Akismet:

Akismet is one of the best ways to protect your blog from spam. It keeps your site protected even while you sleep. Akismet checks your comments against its servers to see if they look like spam or not and lets you review the spam it catches under your blog's "Comments" admin screen.

(2) Click to Tweet:

This WordPress plugin allows you to easily create tweetable content for your readers. This plugin makes it super-simple to share your post on Twitter.  For example...

(3) CommentLuv:

Blogging is all about community! And one of the best ways to foster community is to start a conversation. CommentLuv is a fantastic plugin that allows the comment author to automatically retrieve their last blog post to include at the bottom of their comment. I make sure to reply to every single comment on my blog, and to share the love!

(4) Google Analytics by Yoast:

Do you want to track how many visitors you have? Do want to know where they come from and what they do on your site? Google Analytics is the standard for measuring visitors on your site, and much more. Adding Google Analytics to your website is as easy as pie with the Google Analytics by Yoast WordPress plugin.

(5) Jetpack:

Jetpack is a free plugin that typically comes pre-installed on your WordPress site. It simplifies managing your website by giving you visitor stats, security services, speeding up images, and tools to help you get more traffic.

(6) jQuery Pin It Button:

This is the "click to tweet" button for Pinterest! This plugin makes pinning a cinch by highlighting the image and adding a "Pin it" button. Once the user clicks the "Pin it" button, the plugin shows a pop-up window with the image and a description.

(7) Pretty Link:

Shrink, track and share any URL on the Internet from your WordPress website! Pretty Link enables you to shorten links using your own domain name {as opposed to using tinyurl.com, bit.ly, or any other link shrinking service}. In addition to creating clean links, Pretty Link tracks each hit on your URL and provides a full, detailed report of where the hit came from, the browser, OS and host. Pretty Link is a killer plugin for people who want to clean up their affiliate links, want to track clicks from emails, want their links on Twitter to come from their own domain, or want to generally increase the reach of their website.

(8) Shareaholic:

Shareaholic is an all-in-one sharing platform, that includes related content recommendations, promoted content, social sharing, following, site monetization apps, and social analytics. This plugin encourages users to share your content and gives you a quick snapshot of social shares.

(9) Simple Social Icons:

Simple Social Icons is an easy-to-use, customizable way to display your social share icons. You can easily choose which profiles to link to and customize the icons, all from the widget form {no settings page necessary!}.

(10) Yoast SEO:

This easy-to-use SEO plugin is fantastic! It allows you to select your focus keyword, and then tells you whether your SEO is on the right track. It's detailed analysis tab also shows you ways that you can improve the body of your post to help rank higher in Google's Search Engines.

If you are a blogger, working  mom, or female entreprenur who is struggling with her business, I would love to help you! My one-time consults are well worth the small fee, and the ladies who transition to my full mentorship program are seeing phenomenal growth in their businesses.
