If you’ve been hanging around me for awhile, then you know I LOVE setting goals! But here’s the deal: sometimes, we focus a little too much on setting them and not actually achieving them (whoops!).

I want to be sure 2019 is your best year yet, so I’m sharing a bit about how to actually accomplish those big, scary goals we’ve set for this year.

Have you ever heard that “a goal with a plan becomes reality”? It’s so true! When we’re setting goals, we NEED to have a plan. A plan helps us break our goals into smaller, actionable (and manageable!) steps. Once you break down big goals into smaller action items, anything becomes possible!

When I go through this process, I couldn’t live without my 90x Goal Planner. 90x helps me break my goals into 90-day action plans using their easy-to-follow, step-by-step system.

Here’s how I do it:

1. I choose the goal I want to focus on for the next 90 days

2. I start to PLAN. I breakdown what I need to do each week and day to make it happen

3. I reflect + review my progress every single week and make updates as needed.
