Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bites No Bake Recipe And Giveaway

As a busy mom, I don't always have time to bake. So when I do, the recipe has to be quick, simple, and preferably something that I can't easily burn! {Who else is guilty of forgetting to set the timer?!}

That's why when I found out that Mighty Nut, makers of the amazingly delicious Bee's Knees Peanut Butter* {a favorite at our house} was creating a powdered peanut butter, I knew I had to get in on the deal! And when they asked me to try it and even offered to send me a few jars, to say I was excited is a true understatement!

Now before we go any further, I have a confession... I eat peanut butter by the spoonful straight from the jar. I have since I was a toddler. {I know I can't be the only one who does this, because I've seen quite a few tank tops devoted to peanut butter addiction, which means it must be a real thing, right?!}

Well in my opinion, nothing goes better with peanut butter than... you guessed it... CHOCOLATE!

Chocolate + Peanut Butter = Delightful!

Just writing about this pairing has elicited a Pavlovian response in my brain - MUST FIND CHOCOLATE.

Fortunately for everyone, I don't keep chocolate in my house. Well, except for my Chocolate Protein Powder {I currently use Shakeology}.

And now these fantastic treats.

This seriously might be my favorite chocolate peanut butter recipe combination. These no-bake balls are AMAZING. It took a little bit of experimenting to find the right blend for me, so hopefully all of my hard work will pay off for you!

Ingredients: 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder 1 cup Original Mighty Nut Powdered Peanut Butter 1/2 cup Smooth Operator Peanut Butter* 1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce 3 packets Stevia 1 TBSP water Optional: 1/4 cup Steel Cut Oatmeal (dry)

Directions: 1. Pour all ingredients into a bowl and stir until sticky. You may need to add an extra splash of water if you're having trouble getting all of the dry ingredients to fold into the applesauce and peanut butter. 2. Roll into 1" balls (or smaller). 3. Freeze overnight and keep frozen. 4. When you're ready to serve, simply take out of the freezer and let stand for 1-2 minutes.

Yields: 12-18 depending on size.
