This morning, I was talking to my mentor about my business and I heard myself saying the words “but I'm nervous about…”

Maybe you're feeling the same way.

There have been so many times in my business when I've been scared…

I remember the first time I sent out a “sales” email.

I was terrified. I waited. And then finally, I pushed send.

I literally ran to the bathroom thinking I might be sick. But within moments, that feeling disappeared.

As an added bonus, it went well. Really well. Orders started coming in for my newest self-study course, and those fearful almost-tears turned to “tears” of joy. {I'm totally not a crier, but if I was a crier, I totally would have cried!}

Long before then, I remember the first time I told someone that I was leaving my full-time job and starting my own business. Total fear.

Or the time I had that very first sales call with a prospective client. My stomach was in knots.

With every new adventure and every new endeavor, I feel the fear. It's real. It's there. And it's not going away.

But what I've found is when I take action despite my feelings, the result is always excitement, exhilaration, and a feeling of total accomplishment. It's like that feeling after riding the highest roller coaster. Or the one you get when you ride your bike for the first time without training wheels.

Maybe you've felt the fear too. Maybe you're feeling it right now in your business.

What are you afraid of today? Don't let fear get the best of you. Take action. It will be totally worth it!
