I’m just back from Santa Barbara where I spent several days with my amazing mastermind learning from other elite business owners. Words really aren’t sufficient to express how much this weekend has impacted the future of my business {and, by extension, my life}! I wish I could have taken all of you along with me for the weekend, but at least I can show you a few of my favorite photos:

During our event, I did my very best to soak up all the knowledge that was available from my coaches and the incredible guest experts who spoke to us. One expert in particular, Sarah Kaler, led me to make a major decision about my business that I know will allow me to better serve my clients and grow my business in a really congruent, heart-centered way.

If you haven’t heard of Sarah, she’s pretty amazing! After serving as one of Lululemon’s top marketing executives for years, Sarah now coaches other women who want to make a positive impact in the world - on their own terms. This woman is seriously brilliant! She’s been an entrepreneur for basically her entire life, and she knows how to cultivate leadership in the women she coaches.

As I was discussing the massive growth that my business has experienced recently, Sarah encouraged me to spend some serious time thinking about exactly what I’d need to implement to take my Web Design and Facebook Ads Agency to the next level.

After pondering this question for a few days, and asking myself some very powerful questions about where I want this business to go in the next 90 days, year, and even 5 years, the answer was very clear: I need to hire an outstanding digital project manager!

I’m a woman who takes action quickly, so I’m going to describe the exact woman {or man!} I need to fill this position, and I’m trusting that the ideal candidate for this job is going to hit reply to this email!

Here goes: I’m looking for the Mary Poppins of project managers :)

Okay, okay, you DON’T have to carry an umbrella that allows you to float above the city {though you definitely get bonus points if you can pull that off}!

You DO need to be:

  • Practically perfect in every way ;) {I run a large operation, and there isn’t a lot of room for errors}
  • Kind and gracious, yet firm and compelling {You’ll need to be able to shepherd projects from start to finish, which can sometimes mean that you’ll be playing “mom” to everyone}
  • Able to work well with others {There are 15 people on my team, and we are in nearly constant communication with each other. No one has time for drama here - our focus is completely on our clients}
  • Highly organized {If you love spreadsheets, that’s a major plus; at a minimum, you must be able to keep track of a large volume of projects and be extremely detail-oriented}
  • Familiar with the nuts and bolts of website design and funnel creation {you don’t have to be a designer or a coder, but I do need you to have a broad understanding of the different elements which must come together for a beautiful website and compelling funnel}

Does this sound like you, or someone you know? AMAZING! I can’t wait to speak with you! Just hit reply to this email and answer the following:

  1. Your name, a link to your Facebook page, and your requested hourly rate.
  2. Share your experience, share your skills. Brag about what you’ve accomplished!
  3. A list of five things that you think would make you an amazing fit to work with our team.

I can’t wait to hear from you!

XOXO,

Rachel
