The Numbers Don't Lie: How To Use The Data To Solve Problems

On last week’s episode, we talked about the three metrics that we track every single week in our online business to make sure that we are hitting our goals!

Our motto is: trust your intuition when it comes to creating your messaging, and trust the data when it comes to how well it performed.

And this week, we’re taking it a step further and showing you exactly how we troubleshoot when something isn’t working. 

Here’s why this matters: Because when we can get to the root cause of what’s working and what’s not in our business, then we can allocate more of our time to the activities that are working well, and spend less of our time, energy, and money on the things that aren't directly impacting our customers.

And the problem we see right now with so many struggling business owners is that they're not tracking the data. 

And because they're not tracking the data, they don't get the results that they were expecting, so they make it mean something about them. 

But what if instead, moving forward, what if you fully embraced and knew that the story the data is telling you means nothing about you. 

It means nothing about your worth. It doesn't even necessarily mean anything about your program. 

All it means is that there's something happening that is causing those who would be a good fit for your program to think that they're not right now. 

(Probably something with the way you’re communicating about your program. Not the content in your program, but the way you communicate about the program). 

And when we can start to work on that, can you already start to see how the result will change?

This is why metrics matter. This is why I get so passionate about the data in your business.

Because when we understand this, we can scale!
