This past week we had the incredible opportunity to host the members of my Accelerator Mastermind in Dallas…
…and for one of our excursions, we went to tour AT&T Stadium (where the Dallas Cowboys play, for those who don’t follow sports…) and this massive building taught me some pretty amazing things about running an online business.

If you’re wondering why I’m sharing some interesting facts about this 30 million square foot stadium, well it’s because it taught me some pretty interesting lessons about business!
At 2:36, we dive into lesson #1: Mistakes are inevitable, it’s how we handle them that shapes us (but try to avoid making really expensive mistakes – like blowing out the glass in all the VIP suites when opening doors…)
At 8:43, after sharing some interesting facts/lessons about expensive nachos (i.e. don’t be afraid to price your offer what you think is best!) and selling seats to guests that don’t really exist (i.e. people will pay for something if they truly think it’s worth it)… we talk about the final lesson of our excursion: Customer Experience…how can you make your customer’s experience top notch + why that matters.
