On today's episode, I'm interviewing Erin Mullins Sanderson (aka “Fit Rocker Chick”), who is an internationally recognized thyroid health advocate, certified health coach, personal style influencer, non-toxic beauty junkie, skilled musician, and online personality.

Erin has shared the stage with acts like Evanescence, Halestorm, Candlebox, Skillet, with songs featured on MTV, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Fuse TV, and many more. But her passion is creating content for women that helps them live their most amazing lives! As the author of Energy Eats, creator of Thyroid Jumpstart,  the "She's A Rock Chick Girl-Gang", and COO of the company she founded.. it's her no B.S. approach to health and life that has has allowed her to help thousands of women gain confidence and get their lives back! With an online reach over 300,000, Erin has built a loyal and dedicated community all over the world.

In this episode you'll hear:

  • How Erin decides what changes are necessary to make and what areas to keep the same when it comes to her day-to-day business decisions.

  • Erin’s tips and suggestions on how to stay true to who you are and your brand instead of getting lost in constantly changing everything.

    • “Part of our gifting that we can share with other people are the things that we've learned and what we've been through...What I found over the years of really taking control of my health is what came from that was even more confidence, even more assuredness in what I have to say, even more strength in speaking up for myself because I've been on the other side of sick. I know what it's like to have to fight for yourself. I wanted to help women fight for themselves, not just with health, but just with owning their life.”

  • How Erin remains confident in her business despite the pressures that come up everyday.

  • All about how Erin daily gets her courage to fight fears and doubts that creep in while running her business so she can keep moving her business forward.

    • “The thing with courage is, you do not get courage unless you walk through the fear. Fear doesn't go away. It never does, ever. So if you want to live a fearless life, that's not happening. You can live a courageous life because you face fear and you walk through it regardless of the outcome. At the end of the day you have to ask yourself what really matters to you. And if those things are still going to be there at the end of the day, do it scared, do whatever it is.”

  • Erin’s tips when it comes to social media and how she protects herself from the comparison trap.
