In this episode you'll hear:

  • Mariana’s amazing journey of becoming a nurse, to climbing the corporate ladder in the medical field, to giving birth to a preemie daughter, which led to her trying to find the best way possible to support her family and support others looking to accomplish similar goals.

  • All about Mariana’s love for group coaching and supporting other like-minded business owners to be successful in all that they do.

    • “I've really just leaned in and loved on group coaching because I find that the model is so suitable for the lifestyle that we want, especially when we are moms and we're trying to make it all happen with growing our businesses. But for me, it’s also about the customer service side and being able to have a really good, high-quality transformation for clients-- that’s really important. When I was trying to scale from having a one-on-one coaching practice of 15 clients to courses, what happened was that I felt like I was losing that loving connection with my clients. Group coaching really was that middle ground that allowed me to create a connection and provide really high-quality, high-touch service and I feel really fulfilled doing it.”

  • What Mariana believes to be the biggest mistakes when it comes to leading and running online group coaching programs.

  • How Mariana learned to embrace sales for her business and how that was one of the major attributing factors to her success.

    • “Embracing sales was a really difficult one for me. It was a very difficult lesson because I wanted sales to just naturally come in and attract. Then I realized, ‘hold on a second, if it's going to happen, it's going to be because I'm doing things and I'm showing up and I'm serving my audience.’ So, it was really the mindset around sales that was the biggest shift for me.”
