Karin Ulik:

Achieving Balance in Our Lives & Businesses

Today on the Business With Impact podcast I'm so excited to be joined by Business With Impact Society member, Karin Ulik!

Karin is a life coach to busy parents and their teens. She works with her clients to make life easier and more fulfilling by helping them discover how to balance life so they can create the life they truly want to live.

On today's episode we're going to discuss how to start getting different results in our lives and in our businesses — we're going to be talking about whether or not we’re drifting or if we are moving intentionally toward our destination. Karin is going to specifically share four tips with us so we can make sure that we're focused on and really moving intentionally toward our goals.

5:14

At 5:14, Karin helps us break free of this mentality that we have to work until we retire — and then the fun begins. She does that by helping us redefine success. If we can get that definition right, then we can start working for what truly matters.

9:49

At 9:49, Karin talks to us about how to really achieve that balance of still maintaining the responsibilities of work, purpose, using our gifts, and stewarding it all well so we don’t get burned out working 50-60 hours a week.

13:57

At 13:57, we spend the last few minutes talking about the four areas of wellness that Karin specializes in to help her clients know whether or not they are drifting or working towards a goal: mind, body, spirit, and relationships.
