Kate Crocco:

Money, Mindset, and Boundaries

As business owners and women, we find ourselves in unknown territory as we wait to see the impact COVID-19 will have not just in our personal lives, but in our businesses as well. But in the midst of uncertainty, we have hope!

And as we seek to overcome some of this unknown terrain together, this conversation I had with my new friend Kate Crocco is one that I’m confident you’re totally going to want to listen in on…

Today on the Business With Impact podcast I’m so thrilled to be joined by Kate Crocco, author of Thinking Like a Boss, where she busts up some myths that entrepreneurial women believe.

Kate's overall mission is to empower women to go after their dreams by helping them break down the walls and fears that have been holding them back from greatness through lovingly challenging them to step into the best version of themselves.

On today's episode, we're going to talk about things like money, mindset and boundaries – why they're important, why we might struggle with them, and why understanding and overcoming these limiting beliefs will lead to massive radical change in the way we do business!

I can't wait for you to listen in!

>> At 6:16, after sharing her background in psychotherapy, Kate dives into some of the biggest lies entrepreneurs tell themselves. This part of the show is SO important, especially right now in the midst of this pandemic, because we need to be aware of the mindsets we are creating for ourselves in the midst of this (especially the mindset around money!).

>> At 10:34, we talk about setting healthy boundaries in our businesses. This is so important because if we’re not careful, we’ll find ourselves overwhelmed, overworked, and exhausted… and when we feel that way, we can’t run our business in a way that creates unlimited potential and possibilities.

>> At 18:31, Kate gives us all the details about her new book, Thinking Like A Boss, where she helps other entrepreneurs overcome the lies holding them back from success. She tells us that there are 12 lies that she goes over in the book that she feels are the most common lies and limiting beliefs entrepreneurs face in their personal lives and in their businesses!
