In Part Two of our interview, we’re going to keep learning how to push outside of our comfort zones and why that is so essential for the health and growth of our businesses and our personal lives!

Want to be let in on a little secret to massive growth for your business? Stop caring.

Yes, you read that right.

You need to stop caring so much about what people think of you and your business (because in reality, the people who are cheering the most for your success, already have your back). This is so essential for you as an entrepreneur and it’s all part of learning to step outside of our cozy little comfort zones.

>> At 8:32, James gives us some practical advice for overcoming the fear of posting something that might be seen as “too polarizing” and how to deal with the negative criticisms that inevitably will come. James says, “When you live in your truth, that threatens somebody… When you're operating outside of your comfort zone and they're not, you're doing what they secretly, deep down, wish they had the courage to do.”

>> At 15:26, we talk about how to practically deal with the setbacks in our business. What are the best ways to respond when life doesn’t go the way you had planned? James lays it all out for us in this part of the episode, specifically how he dealt with it personally when first launching his program, Business By Design.

>> At 22:31, James talks about overwhelm and how that’s a very real thing for business owners. James tells us to expect overwhelm, how to deal with it when it comes, and the really good stuff that’s just on the other side of our overwhelming mountains.
