Rachel Mcmichael:

The Four Pieces of Software That Keep Us in Business
Rachel Biz Toolkit Banner

Today on the Business With Impact podcast we're talking about the four pieces of software that keep us in business.

Before we dive into the most efficient and practical softwares that we use, I share about how vital it is to have great systems in place and how they more than pay off in the results.

These softwares are ones that I absolutely live by and (surprise, surprise) I use myself! When you focus on using the correct tools, you end up with more time to spend on the parts of your business that you really care about: your customers!

We also discuss the dreaded shiny-object syndrome (any why even the best of us have fallen for it.)

So let’s dive in!

2:22

>> At 2:22, we dive into the first software: Monday.com. This project management system allows us to take what we’re already doing and systemize it so that we can forget the steps that come next and focus on the most important things: our customers, our clients, and the people that we’re serving.

4:55

>> At 4:55, we focus on the next second software: a great lead generation tool. I recommend Kajabi or LeadPages. (We’ve used both!) And either is perfect to create a lead generation and tracking system that will work for you. Next, let’s talk about how to use those emails efficiently!

7:33

>> At 7:33, we talk about third softwares:a CRM. We recommend Active Campaign, Convert Kit, and Kajabi (again!) These systems help take those processes we talked about earlier and give you a way to communicate with that new audience that you've built.

10:16

>> At 10:16, we introduce the fourth software that we can’t live without: a sales page. I recommend Kajabi or LeadPages. (We’ve used both!)
